To update everyone on the status of my security deposit. I was told that I would be receiving a check for the total amount of the security deposit $1339.00. So far I have not seen any check in the mail.

Yes! I am in the same boat regarding Best Loan Funding. It is terrible that this company would do people like this in these times. I am still waiting on my refund of $798.00 from Best Loan. How do they expect people to pay all these fees. But trust me they are going to give me back my money. Their are other ways to skin a cat.

Best Loan Funding Corp. at (800) 281-0630 is a SCAM company.
They are NOT located in Agoura Hills, CA.
They are using a fake USA address and asking people to wire money to Canada
or elsewhere -- BEWARE, it's a SCAM.

SCAM SCAM SCAM BEST LOAN FUNDING is cheating people out of their money and they are using an address that DOES NOT belong to them - ID and ADDRESS THEFT - the Agoura Hills, CA address is not theirs. They are not Licensed to provide loans or loan modification. Do not send any money.
