PLEASE don't trust anybody to do a loan modification. I almost lost my home go thru NACA or try your bank. NACA is SLOW but they will help you. You will end up lossisng thousands of dollars if you go with one of those companies I don't care how professional they seem. They will help you until you pay them then so long with your money

Do not trust any law firm , just work out with your lender if there is something can be done your lender it self will help you.I had very bad experience with Legal home solutions 250 W. Indiantown Rd.Jupiter , FL 33458(561) 290-0015 .I paid fee up front and my lender refused to do modification and legal home solutions not refunding the money , not replying phone calls or emails. Do not pay anything up front if you want to take chance pay after job is done.take care
