Is there anybody out there that has been ACTUALLY helped by this company? We applied a remodification of our mortgage last Feb, 2011, and after an exchange of emails and phonecalls, we decided to send them the amount that they required to start processing our application. Our countless phonecalls were never returned after they have encashed our check. I really think now that they are scammers, so people...BEWARE! But just for once, is there anybody out there that this supposedly foreclosure specialists have helped?
