I've also been ripped off by Marilyn Scheer. $3,500.00. I've been fighting this for about a year now. I've been in touch with The State Bar Of California and i filed an application for reimbursement Marilyn Scheer is currently engaged in a civil lawsuit and criminal investigation. 09/21/2011. Client Security Fund 213-765-1140.

I have also been ripped off by Marilyn Scheer. $4,500. $3500 for 1st mtg and $1,000 for my 2nd. Stanley, please send me info regarding filing a complaint/law suit against Marilyn Scheer. Thank you for any assistance you can offer.
