Is the timeshare resale Holidays & Resorts a company I should trust?

Anyone, I have recently been contacted by holidays & resorts. They claim to have a seller for our timeshare property but we are having a hard time trusting them. Has anyone else sold a timeshare through them? Any information at all will help. Thank you so much.

Spring B.,

Holidays & Resorts is a business in Georgia, but is not currently accredited with the BBB of Georgia. Their Reliability Report shows no complaints filed within the last 3 years.

It's a good idea to research further regarding reselling your timeshare and maybe read up on scams just in case. Here are a couple of links for you.
