I have tried for a couple of weeks to get ahold of a person at Quest Finanical Solutions and all I get is a busy signal. They wanted my $1500.00 up front and wanted all kinds of paper work over and over and now when my house is getting in foreclosure I need to know what to do. I am now working with my bank that has my house mortage and they are trying to do what they can do.They have told my husband that they have not heard from Quest since Sept.7,2010. I have emailed all the people that I had email addy and they all have been delivered back to me.....What can I do to get the $1500.00 back to me...I am on a fixed income and my husband as been out of work for 2 months. We are trying to do the best we can with what we have and luckly we have no kids in the house to feed........Any help as to what I can do please let me know.....Thank you

Jeff & Rhonda,
Your experience is not unlike many others posted here on TrustLink and filed with the BBB. You can file a BBB complaint from their Report (click "View BBB Report" above) and you should also contact the California Attorney General to file a complaint at:

Dont know if they r in business but all their numbers are busy except the office in Santa Ana, ca and they pretend like we are not in their system. They got our money though, contact DA office, file a small claims, and federal trade commsission, as well as go to hud.gov report them too.
