Air Conditioning Service

Blind & Sons did an excellent, professional job with my air conditioning service today. Erin from Customer Service called and verified that the service technician would be there at the appointed time. I then received an e-mail confirming the call as well as the name and picture of the technician, Mike Dee. Mike called a few minutes before his arrival to again confirm. Upon his arrival, Mike explained what he would complete today and answered a few questions that I had. Upon completion, he reviewed what he had found and made several suggestions for future service and options that were available to maintain my Trane system. I have the heating & cooling maintenance contract and am very satisfied with all aspects of Blind's service.
