Raphael and Carolina are the two people I dealt with at this company. I was told Raphael is the owner.
On March 3, 2010 Raphael was paid to repair a glass shower door at my house. I paid in full and the NEXT day the shower door broke again. Raphael refused to come back and fix the door unless I paid AGAIN. Carolina was quite rude on the phone and after I refused to pay AGAIN for them to fix what I just paid for the day before they refused to speak with me. They are unprofessional and Raphael's quality of work is poor and their business skills are even worse. A good business would have sent someone out to repair the work they were just paid for the previous day free of charge.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
