Should have just went through Logitech for free replacment part

I went looking at Laptopkey.com did not see my model Keyboard. I went ahead and submitted a form for requesting the Key I need on 9.13.2020 My message in request >> "Hello I was looking to order key retainer clips for Logitech MX Keys Model YR0073. If you have this replacement clip I would like to order some, my "E" key retainer clip needs to be replaced."

I submitted the Order on 9.15.2020 on October 7th I received an email from their support team saying the order returned. due to a typo in the zip code. I know these mistakes happen. It was I paid $13.23 for the one key, not a problem due to convenience when the key was shipped back then notified I would have to pay an additional $3.50 for shipping and handling to receive my order. I agreed to the additional charge, I still needed the key. Once the key got here on the Oct 14th I looked forward to making a quick fix to my keyboard, once opened the package the key was not black in color, it was grey, did not match the keyboard so I had to switch the clips from each key. I sent several pictures of the keyboard to their support to get the right key.
At the end of the day-
The price did not matter and support was great in communication, The convenience and the experience of this whole transaction was one of the worst I have had to deal with. I was not to please with the item received. I would have been better off dealing with the Logitech process of getting a new key for better convenience and a replacement faster.
