Worst customer relations with a company I have ever had.

Sales man was nice and knowledgeable. But... on the install day the installers told me the door ordered was 3 inches short and I needed a different track due to the low ceiling. STRIKE ONE. Next they told me that the office would call me for a new install appointment within 30 mins. 1.5 hours later i call the office... they argue with me that they already set an appoint me with me. told them no they did not... then they say oh we spoke with a female and set an appointment with her... told them no as my cell was the only number they had. then they say oh we set the appointment when the installer was on the phone at your house... again no and quit making up lies. set up apt for friday. STRIKE TWO. I call back to inform them that i already have an appointment for friday morning and need to have an afternoon appointment. Was told they could only request an afternoon appointment. Look at this point they mistakes are on your end you could work with me to keep my business. I tried to get the salesman to help... said he would make a call. Had to call the salesman again 2 hours later... said his office would call me in 30 mins. by now I'm pissed... I call to cancel the entire order. I am transferred to a voicemail. Call again and ask to speak with someone and not a voicemail to cancel my order. STRIKE THREE. Worst customer relations with a company I have ever had.
