If you like being lied to over and over again then Mesa garage door company is for you. After using them several times I need them to come out to service my garage door. Thought that would be a simple task, however they kept me on hold a couple of hours, explain there would be a supervisor calling me. The supervisor never called. I called again and waited an hour on the phone, this time the supervisor apologized and said that they had bad systems for handling calls. I thought I had gotten to a reasonable conclusion, however the supervisor apologized again, and set up a an appointment for Monday morning. I didn’t get a call so it around 10:30 AM on Monday morning I called Mesa, they told me no appointment had been scheduled for Monday and they would come out Tuesday or Wednesday. I said that was unacceptable and asked to speak to a supervisor. Once again they apologized called me a couple hours later to tell me they were sorry but no one could come out.As I told the supervisor on Friday I spent many hours being given the runaround, so it was an easy decision for me when they did not show up on Monday. I would never do business with them again and I would urge you to make a better choice than Mesa garage door
