They Do Not Stand Behind There Product. We had a motor malfunction which caused $500 in damages. They are claiming that it is not covered under their so called warranty even though the service technician who came out noted that the motor did not respond in time to prevent the door from being damaged. In addition, the initial claim person told me that if the door hit something on the way down, it would be covered. well it hit something on the way down and guess what! They are now saying that it is not covered. This Business did not stand behind their product.
