On 8/8/11 I had called to ask if the company does repair on commercial concrete walls. The lady who answered then spoke spanish to another person in the background to interpret my question. The lady then answers 'yes' and we proceeded to make an appointment in which she asked for my name and address and confirms Sergio (sp?) will come over at 2pm the following day. Before we hung up she did ask if I spoke Spanish and I responded no but then I was told that Sergio will bring an interpreter. So the following day 2pm comes and goes. It was around 2:40 when I decided to give them a call to see what was going on. A lady answers, which I am sure it was the same person that I spoke with the day before. I asked if Sergio was still coming since the appointment was for 2pm. To my surprise she pretended she did not know how to speak English. Her English sounded fine judging from what she had said. So I told her Sergio was supposed to come over to take a look at our walls. The lady then repeated that she didn't speak any English. If you are NOT going to show up don't make the appointment or at least give the courtesy to call back and cancel. And DON'T pretend to not speak English, when you obviously do. That is just rude and not to mention bad customer service.
