Bought an elliptical from these guys, it arrived broken and no white glove in my area. Cannot get them to call me. So I have a $3000 busted machine and am out $299 for the white glove they wont pay me back and I need to hire my own technician at $800. My refurbished machine is a 2007 unit. DO NOT TRUS THIS COMPANY. I am out $4K!!!
