Disorganized, unreliable, unethical. Slowest loan closing I have every experienced.

Our VA IRRL began with loan officer, Joel, inexperienced, unknowledgable, often missed meetings and call back commits. Joel requiried we provide copy of DD214. We refused; the applicant already had VA loan, no need to verify eligibility and we won't make an 80-something old man unnecessarily search for a 40-year old document. Our refusal escalated to Joel's manager who agreed that we were correct.
The loan processed extremely slowly then arrived to Senior Account Manager, Genevie. The company lost the 3rd party authorization form that had been provided to Joel weeks previously. Then she requested a range of information, some of which was not necessary per VA guidelines, e.g. residency; VA IRRRL has no residency reqmnt.
Upon almost 2 months, we wrote to question the delays, asked if had to do with LD losing docs or requesting and reviewing info not required. She ignored this but stated now delayed to rework due to something "exceeded VA loan limits". We knew that both the loan amt and recoup period for this IRRRL were well within VA limits. We reviewed original LE, and the CDs, not a single change regarding terms or costs. We wrote her and called out this LIE, asking to tell us what had exceeded VA loan limits. She always ignored this.
The loan arrived to scheduled signing. In prep, she setup phone call date/time to discuss what we should know. She missed her own meeting, never called us, and our attempts to reach her within minutes of her no-show were futile. We caught up with her later but she made no mention or remorse about no-show. We persisted about this and she immediately and rudely changed the subject without an answer. We still insisted and then she apologized saying she had been busy.
We finally closed in 2 months for what should've been 2 weeks. The staff is incompetent, disorganized and dishonest. They behave in an omnipotent manner, basic business courtesies do not apply to them, while they make unreasonable demands to applicant. Do not use this company.
