i tried ordering a few moroso items from autopartsdealer.com, and after getting the run-around for 2 days, i get ahold of this "so-called" manager who is extremely rude, lied to me on more than one occasion, wouldn't let me finish a sentence, kept interupting me, and finally hung up on me. he stated that even though his sales associate lied to me, the manufacturer of the items that i was interested in was out of stock and didn't know if or when they would have the items back in stock. he also stated that these bigger manufacturers constantly lie to customers to get the off of the phone and don't know what they are talking about. after being hung up on, i ordered the same exact parts from another company who dropped shipped them straight from the manufacturer, and will be to me in 3 days. i also contacted the manufacturer directly and the stated that they had multiple quantities of these particular items in stock. autopartsdealer.com didn't even bother calling the manufacturer like they said they would, and since hanging up on me, i can't seem to get them back on the phone. i have tried calling 15 different times since reordering my parts through someone else, and still nothing. i don't know what type of games they are playing, but i would never ever order anything from autopartsdealer.com and would advise everyone else to do the same.
