I will NEVER do business with these people again. I was looking for a slotted grill insert for my 2003 Tahoe and came across their website and they had what I wanted at a decent price. I entered my vehicle info and ordered the grill insert. I then continued shopping, for the same vehicle, and ordered a new bug deflector. I was sent a bug deflector for a Dodge Ram. I called to try and return the item. I was on hold for 3.5 hours trying to get through to Tech Support. 1.5 hours of that I was being told that my call was the next in line to be answered. I tried to leave a message, but mailbox was full. The next day, I called back and got ahold of a sales rep. I explained to her my problem only to be repeatedly told that the part I received was what I had ordered. I explained that I THOUGHT I was ordering for a Tahoe since NOTHING prompted me to re-enter my vehicle info. She finally told me that the part was non-returnable. Their home page boasts "No Hassle Returns" and when I checked their list of non-returnable items, bug deflectors are NOT listed. But, since I live on the East Coast and they are located on the West Coast, I'm most likely out of luck. NEVER do businedd with this company.
