i bought a bmw from this dealer less then 30 days ago i have not even had my first car payment yet and the transmission light came on,the airbag light,the hazarad lights dont work and the lock button does not work the window broke and they gave me a new tire and messed up the wheel alinement,i have contact this company for them to fix it the first time i bought it in to the service department they fixs one thing which was the window i have called them alot of time and the service manager brian was suppose to help me he kept giving me the run around knowing that the warrenty was gonna be up on the car i then took the car to there shop and he said bring it back tomorrow he needs it for a few days so i did he never fixs the problems then i called and to him he said to let the car cool down and that he would send some to check it out he didnt i then took it to the dealship and he kept it a few days then he calls and said he could not doing anything to my car because it is past the warrenty but i had been told him about these things before this happen now the company wont fixs the car and i havent made my first payment nor have i had the car long enough..this is the worist dealership i have been to they are rude unhelpful..i would not tell anyone i know to go here they even told me to lie to the bank about my car when i first got it i should have knew something when they called and told me that..i dont know what do to about this now i am stuck with a 2003 bmw that i cant drive but still gotta pay a payment for or my credit will be messed up because of this car dealership that is a frud anyone who has been to this dealership please contact me because i am going to set up a date and time to protest in front of this dealerhip so they dont get any business so that people know how they treat customer....
