An extremely disreputable company. Contracted for a 4 hour ride for $240.00. They required a credit card. Gave them my company card simply to hold reservation... if I am a no show, charge it. Otherwise, we'd pay in full on night of transport. Received written and verbal assurance that would occur. Even states to collect $240 night of transport. Had a great night paid driver $240.00 plus a $100.00 tip. Two weeks later get credit card statement showing $100 deposit WAS charged on card. Demanded refund, they refused saying driver only collected $140.00 on night of transport. Our mistake not getting receipt.
Weent to Public Utilities Commission and state attorney general as well as BBB and received their word against ours argument even though we have copy of signed contract.
Do not do business... very, very disreputable company over $100!!!!
