We called Allen Edwards in Sept 2010 to repair our Sub Zero refrigerator. The minor repair was conducted satisfactorily, but I did not like the attitude of the service technician. He told me that we might need to replace the freezer control unit, but he was completely unwilling to tell me what that might cost. It was, "call me when it completely goes out and we'll talk." His attitude seemed very unprofessional, and seemed to be borrowed from some street-savvy neighborhood where everything you do has to be negotiated and argued. I would not use them again. I give them 2 stars because they seem to know how to fix things, but no higher due to their very unpleasant attitude in dealing with the customer.
