Scott O'Donell replaced my central heating and air unit in December 2006. He submitted a very competitive quote, not the cheapest but definitely not in the high range. My original unit stopped working during the record temperatures of August 2006. Many companies quoted me some outrageous prices seemingly because they wanted to take advantage of desperate people, but he didn't. He told me they had too many jobs to complete during the heat wave so I remembered his info and called him during December to complete the job. He was neat, courteous, direct, and timely. I highly recommend this company.
