I just recently refinanced with American Interbanc. I have owned a few properties and have refinanced several of those loans. Just to say i'm not a beginner. The process went quickly without out any trouble, the item that took the most time was the subodination of my heloc. My credit union was slow as molasses. May rethink that account. I have recommend this company to many of my friends and associates with mixed results. Most were happy with the experience the few that had some problems were the ones that did not fully read and/or understand the website and did not ask enough questions. The site is very informative if you take the time to read it. This company is true to its word and has the best rates nationwide. American Interbanc was awarded a huge judgement against some bait & stitch companies. Do your research, realize that you can't please all the people all the time. See what America's Watchdog has to say. They are not necesarilly the best fit for first timers but if you want the best rate and fees I would recommend American Interbanc.
