Arce legal services approached me outside of the Rancho Cucamonga Court House with a flier offering para legal assistance with filing that I may need to do on behalf of my legal matter. At some point they suggested that I retain a attorney and happened to have one to recommend. They constructed a contract on behalf of this lawyer and collected all the money and then split. The lawyer never followed through, and went as far as to tell me that he never received one dime on by behalf from Arce. I have made numerous phone calls to Arce as well as the recommended lawyer and received zero assistance on my case. I have in the mean time hired another attorney and once my case is settled I intend to file a suit in small claims court with Arce are well as the attorney that they recommended.
