To whom this may concern:
I wanted to post this today as I was very turned off by Arjay's Window Fashions after they provided me with a in home estimate. I was shopping a few of there competitors while trying to decide who would provide my husband and myself with the best product, price and service as most people do I imagine.
The sales person for Arjay's Window Fashions was so busy bad mouthing there competitor and trying to tell me how this other company had been through a bankruptcy and we were going to get cheated etc. that they lost focus of just selling there program to us. The sales person was actually trying to show us paper work on this other company to get us to avoid them when it actually made us move to support them. We did learn that the other company was clearly a much better run company after all.
I mean what kind of company promotes BAD MOUTHING there competition? We were just so turned off. We later found out that it is Arjay's Window Fashions that is actually running a 2 company system where as they have 2 company names, one is MR. B'S and the other is Arjay's Window Fashions. They try to get 2 different sales people to quote the business and then trap you into using one of there companies while all along you feel you had two different companies in to quote you. This kind of tactic is nothing but smoke and mirror propaganda. I am going to try and get others who have had this crap pulled on them to come forward as well. I will keep you all posted on this company knows as Arjay's / Mr.B's.
