If I could choose zero stars - I would have - This company and its owner Semin Valani are real frauds and definitely needs to be investigated by the right authorities. Firstly the owner Semin is highly unprofessional - they get all your docs, give a rate and then ultimately go back on their words without any communication - they keep changing your file from agent to agent. If the owner herself is so unprofessional and unethical you can imagine the kind of people who work for her. I finally had to walk out due to frustration. You are caught thinking about all the time you have spent with these fraud people and whether you should just suck it up and continue with them. What really got me was the fact that the owner Semin has the audacity to say something mean about your personal life, when I told them I was thinking of walking away. Highly unprofessional, ruthless and they totally deserve to be in jail.
