I actually had a loan with them and paid on time for 36 months. I was moving to another state and had to change banks, so I reached out to have them change my automatic withdrawal to the new bank. No one responded to my emails etc. After the payment rejected they called and were soo aggressive about "collecting a debt" and refused to email me the form to change the automatic withdrawal. Said they were turning me over to collections and reporting the late payment plus fees to my credit report. I asked multiple times for some way to give them new bank information since they don't have a way to log in and update your account information. What @#$%$@#$ sigh. Andrew was the man and not in a good way. Suffice to say I am taking out a real loan to pay them off. Whew!
