This management company is extremely rude and does not try to keep there customers happy. I have found every person I have dealt with to be rude, incompetent, and uncaring. I have been trying to figure out the parking lot situation at my complex. I have called numerous times with no results until I filled out a BBB complaint did they take action, by writing me a retaliatory letter stating if I have an issue I can terminate my lease. After several months I finally got a parking spot. The complex I live in also has Roaches and Ants, after 6 months they finally spray for pests but only gave me 3 days to prepare my apartment. After they sprayed there were even more roaches than there were before. I would like to pursue legal action against this company, if anyone else feels the same please email me here.
