Like the others who have posted, I have had a terrible experience with Bender Ball (and I would give it zero stars if that was an option). First, after my initial order was made, I started receiving solicitation calls from other companies. In spite of the fact I told them I was not interested, I received charges from these companies. After contacting them and threatening to go to our local DA, they reversed the charges and stopped. However, Bender Ball was different. After ordering on Jan. 7, on Jan. 15 I called the company to cancel any future shipments (I purposely did this so I wouldn't forget later). Then on Feb. 9, they again charged me. Upon calling them, I was advised they had mailed two DVDs to me "that day" and that I would have to send them back, at my expense, to get a refund. More than a month later I haven't received anything, and last Thursday - I was again charged by this company (for a different amount). Finally, out of frustration, I canceled my card and have ordered a new one and I filed disputes through my bank. Take my word for it - not only is the product overpriced, this hassle and scam absolutely makes it not worth it.
