I ordered a paddle from Boardzdirect and never received it. I called numerous times over a 6 week period, leaving messages, and was never called back. The two times someone actually answered they told me the paddle would be sent the next day, but it didn't happen. I finally opened a complaint with the bbb which went unanswered by them. I'm out my $$ with no recourse unless I can track down who the actual owners are and take them to court. I would give them 0 stars but that isn't an option. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
