Before allowing me to run a credit check on tenants, Citi Credit appropriately made me fax in documents showing I owned the apartment I was renting out. First and second credit check I ran through them went well.
Then, on 3/3/10, I needed a third credit check. They had put my account on hold claiming they had never received the required documents I had confirmed they received on 8/21/09. I lost a tenant due to Citi Credit Bureau.
After sowing them the fax confirmation, they changed the story from never having received it to they had a right to ask for it again.
Mistakes happen but denying a mistake is what warrants the one star rating I am giving.
