I had my loan modification done by them last July and paid $2900, the first three months were good, they always give me an update and I could easily reach them if I have questions. After they terminated this 2 previous employees that was calling me thru my cell or email, it became harder, my file was transferred to different people. If I call them the voice mail is full, and if I am lucky to get through I leave a message and nobody would call me back. Last Dec 2009 I got a foreclosure letter and i talk to them about it.Loni P. took care of it and we were emailing back and forth for paperwork needed,but when she took a holiday vacation, my file was transferred to another lady.Then suddenly I received a letter telling me they were closing my file because I could not be reach (why was that when previous employees were calling my cell phone and emailed me). It was a horrible experience being left alone to fight my foreclosure which is coming next month.I have filed a complaint at BBB but until now they(CalLawGrp) are still ignoring my problem. I just want my money back since they left me on my own the time I needed them most.
