I have stage 2 colon cancer, and it caused me not to be able to work. I was forced to go on disability, which obviously killed me in more ways than one!
However, due to my medical issue, my home payment was neglected.... and it was quite a battle. I'm happy to say after a year of battling cancer it is in remission, and, my home is current with my interest rate chopped in half! At the old age of 65, who would of thunk i'd of experienced so much hardship in 2 years, but... well i'm rambling, i just wanted to tell everyone that these folk's took care of me, despite my repeated phone calls (probably bugging them too much), they put up with an old guy like me, but lemme tell you, the results were worth my cost. They saved the home i built with my own 2 hands.
