The service department at CarMax Burbank is ab-so-lute-ly HORRENDOUS. I have taken my car their three times because of my CarMax service plan, and every time has been worse than the next. This time, I needed a very simple part changed out, and they've had my car for a WEEK. I could've bought the part for myself at any AutoZone and had my neighbor put it in a dozen times over by now.
Even worse than this, they are IMPOSSIBLE to communicate with. They refuse to pick up the phone and NEVER return messages. When confronted on it, be prepared for them to tell you that they "never got the message."
This is an EXTREMELY shady organization that I would only recommend to a sworn enemy. Beware and avoid at ALL COSTS!!! :(
