We are now running on 7 weeks without car while CarMax and BMW struggles to repair problems with oil leaks, oil consumption and red oil pressure warning lights going off. We finally contacted corporate and asked for assistance to get us out of the car since we have not owned it long enough to be ahead of the balance due. The store manager refused to make an offer of any type because we put mileage on the car. Imagine that. Yes, my wife uses the car to drive into LA and back. Sorry about that CarMax. That is why we need cars.
I'm tired of your service advisor calling me everyday with an update. 7 weeks and it was 3 weeks last time - and we still don't know if the oil consumption issues, leaks and lights are repaired.
Enough is enough. Just do the right thing and get us out of the car so that you can fix it while you own it.
