We purchased a new 2011 car with 10 yrs / 100,000 mile warranty from them. Have an issue and the factory rep said no without seeing the car. Refused to meet with me at the dealership and also refused to call me. The dealership refused to give me his name and #. Called their manufacture "customer service" line and opened a complaint. They called back in 2-3 hrs and said no based on their call to the unnamed factory rep. Opened an case against mfg thru BBB. Been over 2 weeks with no response from Hyundai. Dealership made no attempt at compromise.
