WARNING STAY AWAY FROM CASH JAR!!!!!!!!!! I HOPE SOMEONE IS ABLE TO FIND LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THIS COMPANY SOON!!!!!!
I took out a $300.00 Loan with Cash Jar in Dec2009. I was told that My repayment would be debited from my account bi-weekly in 4-installments, in which three payments of $90.00 and the final payment would be $140.00. The total payback of the loan would be me $410.00. WHAT A LIE
After reviewing my account I have realized that CASH JAR has debited four $90.00. and one $140.00 and one $125.00. ALSO saying that I still have a remaining balance with them of $260.00.
I was lied to and would love to know if anyone is aware of any type of legal action that can now be taken against this company. I would NOT want anyone else to go through this type of disaster.
