We called Classy Cars two weeks before we needed ground transportation to LAX from Laguna Beach. They confirmed my reservation and charged my credit card. I called the day before to confirm and I thought everything was fine.
4:45am was the pickup time and sure enough, the driver was a no show. I called three times and had to put into place plan B. Drive my own car to LAX and leave it there for a week. You would think they would call and apologize for not showing up. Nothing... I am pissed. I barely made my flight. screwed up my plans because I had to now fine a place for my car for a week that won't cost me an arm and a leg. I called my credit card company to reverse the charges. I caution other people about using Classy Cars.
