Received a call today from this company. Company states that they can recover money within days of getting our accounts. We gave them a customer of whom we needed to get money from. He proceeded to do a skip trace on this person. He told us all the right things, but we were suspicious because he was pushing for us to sign a contract. We said that we would call them after we check them out on the web. Of course we went to the BBB and Rip off websites, and low and behold, this company was surely a fraud. We copied all of the complaints and faxed them to the company, on our letter head and we wrote "do not bother to call us". They faxed us back stating "stop faxing us!!!" They then proceeded to try and call us, we did not pick up the phone thanks to caller ID. I faxed them back to tell them to stop calling us. They then faxed us back with the customers info on it with the message "Try getting your money back because he's burning ya Dummy"
I faxed them back stating "God's watching you too!" These people are very unprofessional, very pushy, and not very nice. If they were in any way professional they would have handled this differently. Thanks BBB for helping us to identify these people as bad business. To anyone else out there just hang up on them, they are not worth your time. I have copies of all the faxes and will keep them in our files for future reference. BEWARE!
