I was contacted today by CII to attempt to collect on some outstanding debts owed to my company. I just wanted to say thank you to the BBB and the few people that had taken the time to use this forum to file a complaint or write a review. I was leary when the contact person kept pressuring me to sign the contract and fax back to her while she held on the line, using the scheme that her fax machine was not working properly so she needed to hold to make sure she got it okay, I explained I do not sign anything withough reading thoroughly, she continued to pressure so I let her hold while I researched the compnay on line. As I suspected there was something fishy and the BBB site helped prevent me from being taken advantage of by this company. After researching this company has had 23 complaints filed in the last 6 months and they have failed to respond to a single complaint. If they were a legitimate company they would at least have the courtesy to respond to these complaints.
