Found them through a google search. They had 70+ 5 Star Reviews on their Google Business page so naturally I expected only the best. Not only did they meet my expectations they blew them out of the water. I have NEVER worked with a company that cared more than they did. Every single step in the process of getting my wife's laptop repaired they kept us in the loop.They turned around the laptop in less than a week AND provided a loaner laptop so that she could continue to study for her online courses. I don't think I have ever heard of any other computer service company doing that but we love the idea and that they kept us going while they took care of the repairs. HIGHLY Recommended to anyone who needs a trustworthy computer services company in the Rochester NY Area.
