Review 7/2/2008

This is likely the most unethical company I have ever dealt with. I have never written a review before but was so disturbed by this Company's behavior that I felt compelled to warn others. We found a Quest Minivan advertised by Connell on the internet and called to get more information and entered into negotiations to buy the car. The car was listed at a good price so we were reasonable in our expectations, but nevertheless, the Sales Manager was demeaning and approached me like I was an idoit buying a car for the first time (I am a VP of a large chemical company). My wife wanted the car so I put up with him and we agreed on a price and all terms. He sent me an email confirming the deal and agreed to Fed-ex the paperwork the next day. Instead he advised me the next day after some more lies that the car was sold. They had obviously sold the car out from under me. Worse, despite me telling him directly that I was going to pay cash and not to file a credit application, I now find out via my credit report that he indeed filed an application - not just a check. I called the GM to complain, Mark Ranuauro, and he obviously sets the poor values for this dealership. He did not have the courtesy of giving me any response. They have a decent BBB rating so maybe I'm the exception, but doubt it, so be careful.
