I would say NO STARS but this company should put up warning signs. They are high powered sales people, mostly at mall kiosks that go away after a few months. You don't know when you purchase an item that there isn't a lifetime warranty as they state but a 1 yr. and also that there is no refund policy that they fail to mention nor display in a good location. When you attempt to contact the main company there isn't an answer and if you look at the Better Business Bureau site they have bad reviews and no responses to the BBB contacts to them either. This, in general, is bad business. Many blogs state that the irons give out in about 2 months. Any mall that takes their money are thieves themselves.
