I wanted to get a $10,000 for a truck. After they got my $640 deposit, they didn't answer the phone and didn't call me back for 10 days. Then someone else called from a different dept and said that he now needed 2 years taxes and several months of bank statements. For a $10K loan!!! They also needed a financial statement and a year to date. After a month of their runaround (I still didn't have a loan and I was trying to stall the car dealership all this time too), I wanted my money back. They said if I stopped the loan "process", I would have to pay a $150 loan fee plus "other processing fees". After a few more days of being furious, I finally pulled the plug and asked "how much" I would actually get back. They said I would only get back $375 (it's been 10 days and I still haven't received the check). They cost me $265 and a month of aggravation for NOTHING. I do not believe they ever intended on giving me a loan. They are rip off artists. I have great credit- 723 and very little debt. There was no reason for this except they are a shady company full of crooks!!!! BEWARE!!!

Additional financial information was requested due to discovering a bankrupsy filing that was not disclosed initially. Our intent is to serve our customers in the best manner possible and not to mislead.
