I purchased the DermaWand and ran out of The Per-Face lotion that they suggest you use. I therefore went on their website to order it on-line. The minute I completed the order and hit the 'submit' button it told me they are 'out of stock'. I have gotten back on the website about 6 different times in 2 weeks to see if it is available yet and I get the same message. 'This item is out of stock.' So I then called the customer service number listed on my paperwork and the one listed on the website and was told they don't carry that product. Well, DA, how can it be all over their website if they don't sell it? My original paperwork that came with the DermaWand itself says they sell it. They also list a website of www.2lookyoung.com that does not even exist. So, here I am with a $150 DermaWand that I can't even buy product for. Pretty much worthless. Save your money. I wish there was something I could do to return this for a refund simply because they don't have the products you need to use the darn thing, but after 30 days you can't return it. Needless to say, I am furious. Save your money.
