RUDE

I received several personal messages for a women and a Man regarding a women I do not know on my cell. I selected to contact them to let them know they were leaving personal messages on my cell for someone I did not know. However, when a Mr. Roberts Answered the phone he was very rude, he asked for the file number left on My cell and I was about to tell him the lady who left the message spoke to fast when he interrupted me very loudly saying I was screaming at him. However, I am a bit deaf and tend to speak loudly. I then said I am calling you to notify you your leaving personal information on my phone and he then proceeded to tell me i was yelling at him. I was trying to be a nice person to let them know they were contacting the wrong person and instead i was attacked verbally by Mr. Roberts their employee when I asked to speak with someone in charge he then told me to go take my Ritalin. This is the type of service they provide.
