Oil Change

I want to share my experience with Empire Nissan. My Nissan has been serviced at Empire Nissan for two years. Last Wednesday, I took my car in for a 5000 mile oil change. The task was completed and I left. On Friday, my wife and I were going away for the weekend. She met me at work. After I loaded the Nissan, I noticed the car pad was covered with oil. I popped the hood and could not see any leak. I climbed under the truck and oil was dripping from the pan. I climbed under the truck (In a suit) and found the oil plug was hand loose. I tightened the bolt by hand, checked the oil and headed back to Empire Nissan. This was 20 miles out of our way. I arrived and asked to speak with the manager. Gary Worley came over and asked what the problem was. I explained what had happened. He took the truck into the service bay. He came into the waiting area and told me I was right. The oil plug was loose. He came back to tell me the truck was done and go see the cashier. I got the keys and came outside. Mr. Worley never apologized or offered any service for the inconvenience or the fact he could have blown the engine of my Nissan. I went into his booth and told him this was the worst customer experience I have ever had. He looked at me and said, "HAVE A NICE DAY"!!!
