Lack of Customer Service

We like the Nissan product. Currently we have a Titan, Maxima, Altima and a Versa , 2005 and newer. All of our vehicles are service by Empire Nissan. We purchased the Maxima from this dealership last year. This weekend (Black Friday)we hope to purchase another Versa for our daughter. The Sale man was very nice, patient and helpful. When we sat down to talk numbers and cost, no one heard anything I said. They wrote down numbers and information but never listen to what I said. After repeating myself several times to the finance manager I realized my business was not important to this dealership. As a repeat customer I thought I was valued...Not this dealership. I will not recommend this dealership to any friends or family because of the lack of customer service.
I plan to purchase another Nissan but it will not be at Empire Nissan.
