This company EXPRESS EVICTIONS is a shame attorney service. The Attorney takes on more case loads than they can handle and you never talk to the attorney after he gets your funds processed. When calling in to speak with your case manager (VALERIE) you'll be given the run around by the ignorant staff that this Attorney employees to pre screens the incoming calls.... We know because we played there game back at them and caught them in numerous lies after the Judge found the tenant at fault. Time line of the complete frustration....February 2010 tenant is late for the second time on rent after moving in on September 2009 and has told the property manager (Rob Kromberg) 951rents.com or Signature Rentals in Corona that she cant afford it. Property manager (Rob Kromberg)pawns off the responsibility to a 3rd party..(Express Evictions) stating that this is his recommendation for a fast eviction...the process starts (March 4th, 2010) after forking out another $2500.00 to express eviction upsale on top of the $2350.00 a month in loss income on the property. We were told 7-21 days of after tenant is found at fault (June 28th, 2010)finally the Judge finds it in favor of plaintiff (us the client)my first time residential Investor that the tenant must vacate the premises good business practices an attorney that is working for there clients would have had it reits motion to vacate filed within 3-7 business days... Express evictions filed it 31 days later after I called over 20+ times in a month to get the same response (that they were waiting for the Sherrif/ Marshall's office to schedule with them...How the fuck would they be able to schedule if the reits motion to vacate wasn't filed...? So today is (August 23rd, 2010) and nothing in follow up from Express Evictions other than (Valerie ) the case manager is on the phone and would you like her voice mail...they make you feel as if there to busy and your bugging them so if I was to do this over I would only go to an Independent Attorney...because this company and employees are a fricken joke...Unhappy Orange County Mortgage Investment Banker
