DIS-reputable outfit, sells used items as new, refuses to pay for returns of defective items, fails to refund the funds-AVOID

Purchased a CCT camera on line. It arrived used in an open package and was not working. After 2 days of emails and phone call I was instructed in writing to mail it back at my expense !?
I shipped the item with tracking # and called "Jason" the next day to ask for a full refund. I was promised an immediate refund to my PayPal account. A week later and after 3 more phone chats with "Jason" and 'Josh" I was forced to initiate a PayPal claim to get my money. Horrible customer service!!! Avoid that outfit
