We bought our computer on April 15 2009 brand new. This means it is less than 5 months old at this point. We also bought an extended warranty. We began having problems the first day, as the serial # does not match the SNID. Then Windows Vista, which was installed before we bought it, by the company, has problems. We cannot use any search engine, only the address bar. They said that is a software problem, they will not cover that, we will have to pay for the disk and reinstall it. Now, the price for this disk has changed with each rep I speak to. Then the SD reader and USB do not work. Cannot upload pictures or charge an IPOD or anything. They told me, if I buy their software again, it will help it. I said No. They then said that if I used any product on theirs, it voids the warranty. So, so everyone knows, that means no IPODs, no memory cards, no anything. Pretty much if you insert anything into the holes they GIVE YOU, made into the computer, you can't use the warranty. Now. I spoke to a technician, who helped me uninstall the drivers, he said once I restarted the computer it will reinstall them, this will take a while, but if it doesn't work, call them back. It didn't work, so I called back. The guy I spoke to told me I was a liar, a cheat, and I never called bc you have to pay for help with them, no matter what. I informed him that I had a reference #, if he would try that, he would see. He said no, he wasn't going to do that. He said, then you paid for that #, see. I said that I hadn't paid for a #, it was given to me. He kept on saying no and refused to give me to a supervisor, saying he did not have one, so I hung up and called back to speak to someone else. She apologized, said she would report it ( I don't believe that, but ok), and transferred me again to the warranty techs. Before I could get there it asked me again, my SNID and of course this doesn't exist so it hung up on me. I went through this a few more times, and finally got a woman who told me that they could not help me. So here I am filing with the BBB. NEVER USE THEIR PRODUCTS!
